I wish I could get someone on the dev team to just install and look at some of changes made on that mod I have friends who for 20 years swore they wanted no more changes to D2 and wanted it to come out rereleased almost carbon copied to what it used to be. They introduce a lot of simple UI QOL updates and gameplay mechanic updates that really bring out the best in Diablo 2. I think that D2R could learn a lot from a popular mod called Project Diablo 2.
